How to permanently delete your Hachi account
Account Deletion Instructions
If you wish to permanently delete your Hachi account and all associated data, please follow the steps below. Please note that this action is irreversible and will result in the permanent loss of all your account data, including your learning progress, statistics, and preferences.
Warning: Deleting your account will permanently remove all your learning progress, achievements, and personal data. This action cannot be undone.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Open the Hachi App
Launch the Hachi app on your iOS device and ensure you are logged into your account.
Go to Your Profile
Navigate to your profile section within the app. This is typically found in the main menu or settings area.
Scroll Down
Scroll down to the bottom of your profile page to find account management options.
Select "Delete Account"
Locate and tap the "Delete Account" button. You will be prompted to confirm this action before your account is permanently deleted.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Personal Information: Your name, email address, and authentication data
- Learning Progress: All lesson completions, scores, and achievement records
- Usage Statistics: Your learning streaks, time spent, and progress tracking data
- App Preferences: Your personalized settings and preferences
- Account History: All records associated with your Hachi account
Data Deletion Timeline
Once you confirm account deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. During this period, your account will be deactivated and inaccessible. After 30 days, all your personal information will be completely erased from our databases, except where we are legally required to retain certain information for regulatory compliance.
